How To Apply For The Free Samsung Buds (Or $130 Credit)?

I've just had the exact same message...... I've been worried about claiming the Buds since I pre-ordered..... Looks like I'll be messaging Samsung!

Im on hold for them now on livechat. Luckily i saved a copy of a transcript i had with them before pre ordering!

Well if they are out of stock I'm sure they will be providing us with the certificate which most would prefer anyways. I don't mind waiting a month or two if I can get the black buds.
 
I went ahead and submitted it. Did anyone else receive confirmation right away? I uploaded a screenshot of my preorder email from Best Buy and it says it needs to be reviewed.
 
If you ordered through Samsung when it said there would be an ecertificate as a credit... those will come via email within 15 days. I guess so people didn't just order the phone, buy something on Samsung's website immediately, then return the phone?

Yeah, this sounds like a solid reason why they space it out like that.

I THINK I finally managed to complete the form last night, should I have received some sort of confirmation email straight away?
I know I'm probably being far too impatient, but do you guys think it's worth just filling out again now the website seems a bit more stable?

I think so, it will be two different emails from Samsung. Also check spam folder, that's where mine was at.
 
Just tried to redo the claim, and it says my IMEI number has already been claimed against. Still not received any communications from Samsung though, guess I just need to wait!
