How to at Google Pixel XL ?

I received my Google Pixel XL last Thursday, October 20 directly from Google. I don't see a led light for any kind of notification so maybe a third party app can do the miracle ( see screenshot ). I don't know how to access the Wipe Cache Partition. I turn Power Off key and then press down at the same time the Power key and up volume key nothing happens. If an owner of a Pixel phone can help me, thanks.

I haven't received mine yet but I now there is a led for notifications..... Look in the settings... Actually there is a post about it somewhere
