How to auto delete emails that I delete in Outlook

Have a S5, I also have Outlook 2013. I want to delete messages in Outlook and have it automatically delete the messages in my phone at the same time. Is this possible?

To be clear, I have messages on my phone that were downloaded when I checked my email. I wish to open Outlook, delete emails there and have them vanish in my phone the next time I sync emails.

It is a pain to have to delete messages manually in the phone.

What kind of account are you using? In MS Exchange accounts, and from what I remember, POP3 accounts as well, THIS should be the 'standard' behavior.

Unless you turned something off in the settings, that's exactly what should happen.

It is a cox account and that apparently comes up as an IMAP account. It works perfect on my S3.

The second account is listed as a POP account, this is the one not doing it.

you need to set the POP account up as IMAP. POP email does not auto sync between outlook and mobile devices.

For whatever reason, changing a security setting to non-secure in POP made it begin syncing.

If it breaks again, I will change it to the IMAP as I have on the other email. Thank you to both for the help.
