How to Auto translate app

[Android Central Question]

I would like to know if there is an app that can auto translate text inside an app without touching and dragging, without copying and without leaving the app, particularly text that is not selectable ?
I just want all the text in the app to be automatically translated and written over, just like the way google translate works in web pages when it translates an entire web page automatically.
