How to block callers on Nexus 5x?

Normally I would go to my call log, select call details and there was an option to block the caller (coming from CM 5.1.1). Is there a way to block callers on the 5x without installing a 3rd party app? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Add number to contacts, edit, tap 3 dots in top right, check send all calls to voicemail.
