How to boot into download mode or recovery mode using my PC

My Samsung GALAXY Note 4 is stuck in a boot loop which is note a big problem, but my physical buttons don't work except the Home button. So, Is there a way to boot in the recovery mode through my Windows PC, in that way I can go into my custom recovery mode and flash my nandroid backup or boot into download mode and flash the stock firmware. Any suggestions or help would be really appreciated. Please help.

You can download things for ur pc like the android debug app for pc or mac.
If u click the link below it should take you to the download page.
You can use either that or the Odin.
