How to boot into recovery

No where do I get the adb. Zip at

here are the short directions too this

1- go to windows icon on bottom left side of your pc display
2- click on windows icon and look for search files and folders in that place type cmd and press enter
3-you will get a prompt that says C:\Users\whateverhere>
4-type in cd\ in that prompt and now it will show C:\>
5-type in cd\adb and press enter and now will show C:\ADB>
6-type in adb devices and press enter
7-now it will show what device you have just make sure your USB Debug is on
8-now type in adb reboot recovery and press enter the phone will restart in recovery

notes- make sure your update.zip is on the sd card.

Haha haha it worked lol it finally worked and I must say it looks and handles real nice I've just started playing around with it now but yes I finally have ics lol

If you get the side by side configuration error, make sure you have .net framework 4.0 installed and C++ redistrib.

see, my phone has boot loop issues after a roboto font replacement. i have googled for links and none seems to offer a solution for this problem. ironically, they are asking me to change fonts in my settings, which i find rather insulting when i cant even boot this thing. please offer a solution as i had no idea that happens when i change font to some .ttf files.
