How to Bypass Sprint Activation Screen

I want to use wifi on my Galaxy Nexus after wiping it but I can get past the Sprint Activation screen. Extremely annoying.

Any Advice on how to bypass this screen? I can't find anything anywhere. I've tried the volume trick, backwards C screen touches. I have the phone unlocked with the Nexus Toolkit and still nothing.

Help please!
