How to carrier unlock

I have a sprint galaxy note 2 and I am looking to carrier unlock it. I find lots of stuff on unlocking the GN2 from other carriers but sprint information is pretty sparse. Any general direction someone could point me in?

Call Sprint. They are the only ones that can legally unlock the device.

Well, yeah. Especially if you didn't buy the phone outright and your two your contract isn't up on the phone.
