How to change default app pop-up when detaching the S-pen?

I know it is possible to change the default app which opens when you detach the S-pen but can't find the setting. Had a look at the manual but no solution found. Ideally I would like to start an Evernote as i am increasingly using it.
Can anybody help?

According to samsung's website:

Quick Panel > Settings > S Pen > Options after detaching pen.

It does state that s pen apps only are available to change to, but I also heard at one time that evernote may have been optimized for the s pen as well, so it may be on the list.

I do not have my note 10 in front of me to check, so I am not sure what is on the list now. I always use s note.

unfortunately that is not what is available on my Note 8.......
will probably have to wait for an update as I do not intend to root my Note 8
