How to change font color in Dialer after changing language by 3rd party app

Hi,
I had this with several phones from the USA, the L720, the M919 and now with the I337 by AT&T,
After rooting the phone, I use MoreLocale 2 app to change the language to Hebrew,
after changing to Hebrew, the font color of the "last callers" in the dialers change to WHITE,
The background of the Dialer is white, and you can imagine the problem with having WHITE font and WHITE background.

Is there a way to change the font color (in the Hebrew language) so it will be black like English?
