How To Change Label Under Folders On One UI Home Screen

I have a bunch of apps in different folders on my One UI home screen (e.g. Social, utilities, maps/nav, etc) The label under each of these folders is white and I can't see any way to change to another color of my choice.

Am I missing something. I can't believe we're stuck with white labels regardless of what color our wallpapers are. There must be a way to customize this.

You should be able to long-press the folder and get an Edit choice. That edits the name under the folder.
