How to change my keyboard?

Hello,

So basically, I went to bed last night and my keyboard was fine and now i've woken up and its changed.

I have a Samsung S8 and on my normal keyboard on the bottom left hand is a button which normal shows '!#' but now its changed to '!1' and my keyboard isnt working properly now.

Now my keyboard has changed, when I type a word and click the symbol button, the word disappears from the auto-replace bar and it just shows loads of different symbols. This never use to happen before and its a bit of a pain.

Ive looked at my settings but cant seem to find a way to change the button back to '!#'

Ive also reset my keyboard

Anyone else had this issue?
