How to change scroll direction?

My boss is looking for a way to shift the scroll direction for his S8 (i.e. he wants it to follow the opposite direction of his finger). I can't find anything online or on the settings on my phone (although it's S7). Is there any way to do this, preferably without installing a third-party app?

Follow the opposite direction of his finger? So if he runs his finger up the screen it scrolls down?

No, it can't be done without a lot of redesigning the firmware, and I doubt that Google is about to do that. Tell him that while what he wants may sound sensible to him, no one else would accept it, so they won't do it. (It's not a dig on his age either - I'm almost 76, and I prefer the screen going in the direction of my finger, not opposite it.)

Does his car go forward when the shifter is in reverse?
Except ... now a days it's NOT reverse. It's how most people interact with modern devices. When I want to go down a page, my finger touches the screen and I move it up. It works like this on my phone, tablet, and even my laptop. Now a days everyone is used to moving finger up to go down the page. Especially old people and kids. The only reason you think that this is "reverse" is because you grew up in a time where scrolling was mostly done with a mouse wheel and going down the page with the down arrow button. Times have changed my friend. I've used touch screen enough that it's my main form of navigation, and that INCLUDES my trackpad.
