Question How to change the country of residence in Google Play?

I have been living in France but now I moved to Germany, and I want to change the country to Germany for Google Play (so that I can install apps that only can be downloaded in Germany). When I follow the standard way

GooglePlay -> Settings -> General > Account and device preferences

I see only the country "France" that can be selected. The country "Germany" cannot be selected.

I then followed the instructions as described here: https://support.google.com/paymentscenter/answer/9037801?hl=en, to add a new payment profile, but I already created and selected a new payment profile (with country set to Germany). However, in GooglePlay I only can select "France" as the country.

How to change the country to "Germany"? Or alternatively: How to contact Google Support?

Just found it: You cannot have two profiles. Delete the French profile!!!
