Use UOT Kitchen. You can change the look just about anything with it. Its good for people that are learning. All you do is upload your framwork and system UI since your using cm9.

What you get from uot is flashable from your recovery.

Wrong file. You were supposed to download the ZIP file that UOT spits out.

You than flash abovementioned zip file in recovery (you may need to turn off signature verification)

Drew, if i told you what i wanted on uot, would you do it for me? i dont have microsd adaptor and i cant click the submit button on my phone. ill give you my email so you could send me the file.

I would root my wii if it ran on Android, but i have already hacked it.

email the zip to yourself, upload it to dropbox, or use adb. Don't bother Drew asking him to do that.
