There are 2 reasons for this-
1) To change the language you need to install a whole new operating system (ROM) written for the language. Currently there are French, Spanish and German versions but not Greek
2) To install a ROM in a different language you have to make some changes to the BIOS of the device. Currently, the software to do this is not yet avaiable for the Diamond 2 though ROM experts Olipro and Cmonex aim to have this for release in the next few days.
