How to change the notification panel?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4Mini. I have a TouchWiz UI , of course.
1 Month ago 1 updated to KitKat , but i still can't use the Kitkat Notification Panel(Here a picture: core0(dot)staticworld.net/images/article/2013/11/kitkat_notifications-panel-100067527-orig.jpg)
I have this now (droidviews(dot)com/wp-content/uploads/2013/02/galaxy-s3-4.2.1-noifications.jpg)
How can i change this panel to Kitkat Panel? Any idea? (I Rooted my phone)

Are you certain that you are on KitKat? For verification, go to the last item under Settings (i.e. About Phone) and see if your Android version is 4.4 or greater.
