How to charge new Seidio Innocell 1750 mAh battery?

Hi all,

Just ordered Seidio Innocell 1750 mAh battery and was wondering how should I charge it first time? drain it all the way before charging it or?

The battery will reach its full potential in about three to four full charge cycles. Make sure to charge battery at least four to six hrs prior to first use.

Always tap battery off, and don't allow it to fully drain out.
