Been having some conflicting reports. So what is the best way to charge our lithium ion batteries? Should we let it discharge all the way down as much as we can or should we charge it whenever we get a chance even if it doesn't really need charged at the time even though its not fully charged.

There are a number of threads on this very topic. Please try using the forum search feature. Lithium ion batteries have come a long way since they were first introduced.

I keep a charger in the office, home, and the car. When it is not on my hip, it is being charged. There is the power saving mode that can be engaged. Please make sure that apps are shut down by long pressing the home key and swiping the apps away.

Charge as often as possible. Lithium ion batteries cannot be "calibrated." Topping off the charge is ideal to keep the cycle count down.

No, don't drain it before charging. Especially if you're rooted and have CWM Recovery installed.

No big deal. It is just a good habit as someone else has probably asked the same question.

That's good. As a habit if I'm not using my phone I like to keep it on charge. I just wanted to make sure u wasn't hurting the battery.

No harm with keeping it on a charger when not in use.
