How to check CPU usage of application.

I'm running an app that works in the background and want to check if it's actually doing any work.
 
Usually long press that app then tap info and scroll.to different categories there


Edit: turn on developer settings then tap on memory

The App Info section (screengrab below) does not contain any information about CPU usage. The closest related information is Memory usage but that doesn't give me the information I'm looking for. I'm only replying here incase someone else is looking for the same information.

So, I'll look into B. Diddy's suggestion. Thanks for helping me to eliminate a dead end.

Unfortunately that article on CPU usage for Android devices is out of date.

So, it seems to be impossible to know any CPU information on applications.
Another dead end.
Unless anyone knows how to circumvent a disabled feature.
