Where do you check for updates on the LG Optimus 3D?

Well if you are using a USB connection then there is a piece of software in the support section of the LG site called 'LG mobile software update agent'

Over the air, there should be a 'software update' icon, in the application section of the phone.

(it could be different if your phone came from a service provider - mine is straight, untouched, from LG)
