How to check if my device has been used

I have some information pointing towards my samsung tablet being used by someone else.
Its powered off most of the time but it appears someone has been using it.
Is there a way to see at what point in time the device has been powered on?
I cannot find anything on my google account showing the device being turned on

What information do you have that makes you think someone else is using it? Are you talking about your Google Activity log?

Its a tab A.
I will post in that section.
The evidence is cookies from some dodgey websites that i have never visited.

Are the cookies in Chrome or Samsung Internet (or some other browser)?
