How to check when a folder was renamed

[Android Central Question]

So, what actually happened was one of my classmate created a folder in our school's computer lab with her name "xyz"(I wouldn't mention it). So somebody edited it and made it " xyz LOOKS SO SEXY". So, I just want to check when it was done so that we can check the cc tv footage of that particular date/time.

If that rename was the last edit to the folder, the "last modified" timestamp on the folder might be the date you are looking for.

Sorry but this works only when the data inside is edited.

Is this an Android question, or was the folder on a PC or Mac?

It was on the computer lab's pc

If the file system journaling was turned on, there MIGHT be something in there about the rename. But that is a long shot.

Sorry but I dont want just the last edited details but a complete history of when when the folder was renamed
