How to clear cache on note 2?

I'm on browser looking at settings... don't see option to clear cache or history? Where is that? I'm having issues with web pages not loading? Is actually timing out which never happened with my old phone? My wifi signal is strong

Got can go to the home screen, then

Settings - apps - your browser

Select clear cache to clear cache, or clear data should clear all user data including history.

You can also shut the phone off, once it's off, press power, home button and volume up all at the same time and wait for screen to turn on the let go. It will take you directly into the android menu for cache partion, etc...
