how to clear error message and can't get to settings?

please help!

can't get rid of error message Unfortunately the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped even if I click OK... can't get rid of the message no matter what i do!

Have you tried turning off the phone and back on again? You may have to long press/hold the button for a while..
