You can disable it in settings, then scroll down to you see developer options and go into that and there is a little slider at the top to enable and disable the option.

Go to Settings > Apps > All > Settings and click Clear Data, this will make it so you're not a developer and the developer options will be hidden (but you can always retap 7 times to be a developer again).
