How to completely fix google play errors "DF-DLA-15" for android tablet 3.2.1

Hi, I recently did a factory reset on my android tablet (running android 3.2.1) and tried installing some apps on my tablet, however, it didn't work as I keep receiving error codes such as "Error retrieving information from server [RPC S-7 AEC-7] /
[RPC S-5 AEC-0]" "RH-01" and now this message. "DF-DLA-15" please help I can't download or update any preinstalled apps and I don't even have Google Play Services or CCleaner installed as it will not allow me to download applications of the net even though I have allowed access to install unknown sources.
I have only had my tablet for roughly 5 years and it was fine until recently and that's why I did a factory reset.

Please help urgently.

Hi, the tablet is very old - I'm surprised it's still running. Have you considered buying a new tablet with more modern software on it? what happens when you perform the factory reset, are you able to complete it?

I have a Samsung Thrive and getting same thing after factory reset. How can I fix this ? Please help
