How to configure EMail in Lollipop 5.1

Hi,

I've just purchased Lenovo K3 Note having OS - Lollipop 5.1 + revent updates. I'm trying to configure corporate e-mail (MS Exchange 2008) and geting error as "Cannot connect Server" post entering correct username, password, port, MS Exchange server name and security type (SSL/TLS also tried with SSL/TLS - All certificates) etc. How to resolve this issue?

Speak to the Exchange administrator. There are so many ways to mess Exchange up (anything other than installing it by the book is messing it up) that s/he's about the only one who would know for sure.

I've had the same issue since updating my Samsung S4 to Lollipop. Similar happened to me with Kitkat update some time ago, and it just started working one day after Google pushed out some updates. It may be on Exchange side, but my Exchange administrator hasn't been able to resolve yet. Regardless, I downloaded and installed MS Outlook app from app store and now I have my email and calendars back. (although would prefer my old native client back, as it's kind of slow and seems to lock up on occasion) Interesting that the Outlook app and Exchange work just fine together, makes me wonder why Google wouldn't push out a patch that would include whatever code the Outlook app has that allowed all to keep working. Hope this helps get you by for now.
