Why do you all make things SO difficult?
I got a message. It's a web link, a URL. I select it and get "Cannot connect to this web address. Go to Settings and turn on Connect to URL." I go to Settings and there is no "Connect to URL" option.
I go to Q&A and told to go to Messaging and select the 3 dots - still NO "connect to URL." The phone is connected via wifi to my home network. Why doesn't a "Connect to URL" option open when I try to see the message instead of the dumb *** "Go to Settings ..." message? Sorry for my language but as a former programmer I get frustrated at what I think is absurd programming!
