How to contact devlopers in this fourm ?

I am big time beta tester and i work with different projects and wanted to know what would be the best way to share a project with other or how to contact devlopers who are looking for some open source project

If you want to beta test software - AC did a post last week on the front page about how to sign up to beta test apps. If you're looking for developers to build an app for you? No idea.

No to both as i dont have any android devices so i cant be a beta tester and i dont have personal project but i work with open source guys and we are always looking for devlopers so i was wondering how to meet devlopers here to present some ideas to them
