How to create a playlist in Gear S3

Can someone post instructions on how to create a playlist in the S3 Frontier music player, or point me at some instructions?

I've followed several sets of instructions, but they all end without getting to the "Create Playlist" feature. It's usually just after "Press Menu" when *my* S3 goes back to the watchface...
