How to create this app in AppInventor?

I'd like to create an app for Android that displays my campus' dining hall menu every month. It would have to be updated every month by the interns at the school, which is no problem.

How would this best be done using app inventor?

I think it shouldn't be any problem after the first tutorials. My first android app I developed was pretty much the same although it was a menu for a restaurant.
