How to cut off the camera shutter sound?

How can I stifle the shutter sound on my Galaxy Victory? Is there a way or do I need to download something?

You can Google "enforced stream silencer". Or some camera apps have a setting. You can also use a third party camera app

Happen to come across PicArt.It has a silencer.But cant figure out all the other stuff.Oh well,I found a silencer.
