How to deactivate mobile sites?

I cant seem to find the option in settings on my fascinate. Where can I find it?

The user agent, in the default browser, is set to Android and cannot be changed. However, if you're willing to give Dolphin HD a try, it does allow you to change it to Desktop. Once you do this all sites will see you as a regular desktop computer instead of a mobile phone.
