How to deal with a shut down, then turned back on Youtube account?

So my YT account was shutdown for who knows what reason on Dec 15th. I sent a email requesting it be un-banned, later that night I got a email saying I was now fine. Except when I try signing it, it sends me to a "cannot access this product" page, and can't even load in to it on my phone, whereas at least on PC I can view youtube barring age-restriction videos, but I'm not signed into account, etc. I have not heard anything from YT or Google from what little I've been able to send messages to. Setting up a new Gmail for being able to use it seems to be my only option, but doing that for my Android devices probably won't go well either!

It won't.

You'll probably need to keep working with the product support to get your account squared away.

I figured that but, I'm at a loss. I got the email 14 days ago saying, "Yeah, you're all good now." Yet I can't sign into Youtube, I can view it on my PC, but no comments/etc. Can't even view it on my devices. So what could have happened? It'd be nice if some non-automated system was easier to deal with. Had this account since my first Android phone in 2011, and despite my getting annoyed at some people on YT, I've never gone outside a certain point, nothing to warrant even a warning, so being told my account was reinstated so quickly, right after I think Google had some big hiccup makes me think the initial banning had been a mistake?

I have no idea, I haven't been involved in recovering a banned account before. Have you tried a browser in incognito mode to maybe see if that works? Have you tried your phone in other places to maybe see if they also did something related to your IP address?

I forgot how, but I was able to briefly turn on incognito mode for YT on my phone, but I can't remember how I found it in the app, since I have little options when it loads up to just a white screen that says "couldn't sign in". So I can at least load it on my PC, if not log into it.

So, in incognito on your PC you can load the page but the sign in fails? This sounds like an issue with the account still. Are you able to try while off your home network?

I gotta figure on the phone since the YT app is automatically connected to my Gmail and as such the YT account no matter what. Anyway, I'm possibly having luck while talking to someone at YT on Twitter. I'd just been wondering if anyone else had had this problem is all. 9 years on YT with the same gmail account, and I doubt I've posted anything there bad enough to get banned, given the crap I see people spewing on there. I don't even post videos on youtube, I just am annoyed I can't comment/see age-restricted videos due to not being able to sign in, at least on PC, vs can't even guest-view YT on my phone.
