How to delete Duos on Pixel 3 XL

I go in to settings and accounts and remove Duos

Next thing I know something has reinstalled Duos in Google Accounts.

I want to delete it and it not come back.

Is there a way ?

I've removed the app.
Gone into Accounts and removed Duo and it keeps reinstalling itself.

I do not want Duo on my phone.
It keeps linking contacts.

I believe it is a system app. Why don't you want it? Takes up very little space and works like a champion.

It is a system app. The only way to completely remove that is to root the phone and some how manually remove the app. It isn't worth the trouble, IMO.

That's just the account not the app
