How to delete messaging.

I downloaded a third party messaging, so I can use emojo cons. It works and I love the interface over the stock messaging,however, when I get a new text message Both interfaces pop up. How do I delete or disable the stock messaging interface?

Open the messaging app, Menu, Notifications and turn off notifications. You can't delete the app but you can turn off the notifications.
