How to delete shared content in messages app on S10

[Android Central Question]

I noticed when going through the messages app on my new phone that when clicking on a contact(my girlfriend), in the options there is a category called shared content. When going into this, it has just about every picture we have ever sent each other, including ones that were deleted long ago.

How do I go about permanently removing them from the account. It seems they are in a cloud somewhere, but I have no idea where that might be. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
