How to disable 3G

So, I recently discovered I went over my overage by 18MBs a few days ago, today I went to check if it was still sending and receiving data, and I went over another 18MB. Im ****ing pissed off because this is $100+ in charges when I had no apps running that connect to the 3G service nor went on the net or anything like that.

How do you disable the sending and recieving of 3G data on this phone?

I use the APN toggle by Curvefish (in the Market).

APN OnOff ? CurveFish

Thanks, I googled for like 30mins and found a link to quick settings. Im just hella pissed though since no apps or anything of that nature thats uses net was in the background. Im not even paying the bill for my phone so explaining a $100+ of overage fees is going to be a *****.

I just found Widgetsoid on the market...the widgets are a lot nicer than Curvefish's. Customizable too.
