How to disable/hide media volume profile popup?

I use my One V as a dedicated music player. Every time I change the volume with the hard buttons, I get a media volume popup that covers up most of my Power Amp screen. I find this annoying. Is there a way to remove or disable this? I didn't find anything when I searched online.

Not that I know of. And if there is a way it would most likely require rooting your device. I imagine the images of the pop up could be made transparent .
