How to disable MMS?

When i'm putting emoji icons in my text messages it says "Converting to multimedia message..." Is it possible to not make it a MMS when i'm just texting? Because i'm having no trouble receiving text messages from iPhone with emojis.

Currently using stock Messaging App. Not fond of using 3rd party apps.
