Android Central Question

I just got a S9+ and my husband got the S9. He keeps accidentally calling people when he is scrolling through his text messages, in my phone I was able to go to the 3 lines on the top left, click on settings then "conversations" and there is an option to enable swipe, he has everything else the exact same except no option to enable swipe. Any idea how to disable it on the S9?

I have sort of the opposite problem. on my note 8 I used to be able to swipe on a texting thread to call the person.

on the 9 swiping only seems to work from within the call log.

Yup, that option is no longer there.

Is there a messaging app that will allow the swipe to text or call. This feature is one of the main reasons I have a Samsung phone.

Settings>>Advanced Features>Swipe to call or send messages

Thanks. I have been accidentally calling people since I got my S9 and it has been driving me crazy. I thought it was because I was accidentally touching the call button in a message but I think this is probably more likely.
