How to disable sync notification pop up

Every time i pull down the notification bar to sync my apps, a popup tip/help would show saying
"Turn on Auto sync
Any changes you make to your accounts on the web will be automatically copied to your device.... and it goes on..."

Below the message, it will then say either cancel or OK. Is there a way to disable this pop up / tip from showing up every time I click on the sync button??

I don't think you can remove it without root. But you can automatically dismiss it within a split second with tasker and auto input plugin. I hope you're aware of tasker. It's a phone automation app. You create an event profile with %WIN variable linking to a task which dismisses the popup. That quite solves the problem. I use Sam S6 with marshmallow & faced the same problem. There is an article on a small blog (tech-rg) on blogspot too on this. Don't ask me for article link as I don't have it now and it's against the rules too. I found it in a reply of this same question on the xda forum.
