Anyone know how to disable this message on the Verizon Note 4? I know it's not a big thing, just rather not deal with it, as it is stating the obvious. LOL

While I don't have an answer for you I have a question. Why would one want to remove a reminder upon power-up that the default "no mobile data" is on thus reminding you to turn it on if you will need or want it?

I just think it's an obvious thing. I never have Mobile Data on unless I'm out, need it, and not able to have a Hot Spot available. I almost went over my Data Limit this first month with the phone, because of some of my use, so don't want to have Mobile data on unless I need it. I don't need a reminder of what Mobile data does, it just seems obvious to me. That's pretty much it. Like I said, it's not a big thing. Just wish like some of the touchwiz and other messages, had an option to not show again after seeing it.

Agree on the notifications. About half off-topic but it's hell to be an audiobook user walking outside in traffic with headphones and have Mother Samsung remind me every time I want to turn up my volume. I may root just for that when Verizon gets figured out.

It always says this when you go to shut off mobile data. It's a Samsung thing. The only way to get rid of it would be to root.

ok then, i am root. how is it done on a rooted device? i have been looking for a solution for a few months now and still haven't had any luck.

Brought here by same issue on Nexus 6 with M. Not rooted. Looking for some setting in Notifications or an app that triggers this message.
