How to disable voice assistant

The assistant keeps on talking, and she doesn't allow me to touch my screen, iv tried to reboot my S8+ but still does the something, please help me to switch this off with either with buttons or something because like i said i cant use my screen at all

You can use your screen. You just need to tap everything twice instead of once. You have to go into settings and switch talk back off. If you find that too hard to do, go to a phone store or Best Buy and ask help from the guys in the phone section.
