Screenshot attached.
There is a prompt I want to discontinue they pops up whenever I open YouTube.

I can't find any setting in YouTube to change. Where the Not Now button sits make it impossible to tap without hitting the center button that minimizes everything.

Any idea what I need to look for the change in settings?
Thank you

Thanks Mustang7757
When I go there I'm my phone, I see this in the attachment. Nowhere to change the setting. I'll look in my FIRESTICK settings for YouTube app

I'm not sure if firestick has the option, maybe turn WiFi off to see if it still attempts to connect?

It never did before. I did something that caused it, I just can't figure out what.

This in ONLY occurring in one room. I have a Samsung Smart TV there. It's got to be a setting in the TV. I'll start searching in there.

I found it.
It was in Smart Displays. I hit Forget Displays for the Samsung TV and The FIRESTICK. That stopped it.

I had been trying to cast from my phone to the TV when this began. APPARENTLY, I had made a connection to the TV and the FIRESTICK.
Thank you

Update..I found an app
Smart Connect with the Samsung TV listed as available to connect to.
I stopped that. As of now it's doing what I wanted.

We'll see later on
Thanks again

Okay. Update.
On my phone.
Went into the YouTube account.
Settings
Watch on TV .... On the screen attached...
I deleted the connection to the TV I had established in the past.
This stopped the prompts.

I can easily go back to that page and request a code and start automatically watching YouTube on the TV from my phone.

Forgot one thing.
Under settings
Apps
YouTube
Notifications
Mobile Search for TV
I toggled that to off
