How To Display Dial Pad Upon Receiving Phone Call

Whenever my alarm panel calls to report an alarm, I must enter a code in order to receive details. I'm coming from BB where I always had a keypad. No experience whatsoever with Android. Thanks in advance for any assistance in this. Peace.

Hello, welcome to the forums! I'm not sure if I understand what you mean. Can't you answer a phone call when the phone is locked? What kind of unlock method are you using, pattern, pin, just swipe? Which android version do you have, kitkat or Lollipop?

Don't worry about asking basic questions. All of us were newbies at some point Just try to be a bit more specific and I'll try to help you.

You can take an screenshot and post it here. In the Moto G you can do that pressing volume down and power at the same time.
