Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? When you say you did a reset, do you mean a full factory reset (which wipes the phone)?

Ads like that are due to adware carried by some ad you installed. You typically have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem goes away.

Moto Z full factory reset

Here my apps tell which apps has possible ads so I can delete them

Hard to say from just looking at those. I'd definitely get rid of DU Recorder and anything else by DU, since they're notorious for this kind of junk (along with Cheetah Mobile -- if you have any of their junk, get rid of it as well).

If you installed any of those apps from outside the Play Store, I'd also target them. It's also worth looking through the Play Store reviews for each of your apps to see if there are frequent complaints about ads for any of them.

That GTA cheat app is another possibility.

Welcome to the forums. I agree with B. Diddy, uninstall any app by DU and kill with fire any other app that you installed outside the Play Store.

I've seen a few other threads here where these 'Hot apps' and 'Ram clean' apps showed up. In some cases they were downloaded in the background by another app. What happens if you long press the Hot apps icon? Do you get an option to uninstall it or to get more information about it? Take a screenshot with the options you see after a long press and post it here.

Also, see if this guide can help you to identify which app is pushing those ads.

That's good news. Let us know if you find out which app was pushing those ads. Your feedback will be very helpful for other members with a similar issue.
