Settings, application manager then swipe left until you see All apps (not just the ones you downloaded) then go to the app in question and clear defaults. Hope that helps

You can also hit the menu button while in Application manager and select "Reset App Preferences" to remove *ALL* default application settings and have it prompt you again.
